Current Academic Work

Founder Nadjean Sagesse is a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) candidate at the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, with research focused on governance buffering architectures and early warning indicators of workforce strain in safety-critical sectors.

The work examines how digitally intensified occupational environments affect adaptive capacity among frontline workers and how governance structures can intervene before workforce injury occurs.
